Thank you for your interest in this Blue Moon Estate Sale! The instructions of personnel and signage at the sale supersede any language here or elsewhere.

We will give out numbers for the people in line one hour prior to opening. One number per person please. Must be present to get a number.

We do not sell items before the event.

We do not share prices before the event.

Park legally. Do not block driveways or mailboxes or park on grass.

Neither Blue Moon Estate Sales nor the property owner is responsible for accidents.

No food, drink, or pets in the home. Service animals are fine.

There is no public restroom.

Sold stickers are available to mark items for purchase. Placing a sold sticker on an item is an obligation to purchase. A valid sold sticker has a legible name and phone number on it. We do not allow the use of any sold stickers other than our own, and removing sold stickers is prohibited.

Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchases. Bring help. Blue Moon does not provide moving help.

All items are sold "as is, where is". We do not make guarantees regarding the condition of items sold, and we do not offer refunds.

Theft is prosecuted. Video surveillance is in use.

If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for the cost of the item.

Our events take place in-person - not over the phone, text, or online. Come to the sale. Our prices are fair. We are always happy to assist if you have questions about how to shop with us. This point is to address repeated messages about price, dimensions, condition, and ever-changing availability of items listed for sale. We cannot and will not answer inquiries about one of the thousands of items we sell each week. There is no substitute for seeing the item in person to evaluate for yourself. Persistent, repeated messages will be ignored and/or blocked. We understand that you may not want to make the drive or wait in line. Thank you to the hundreds of shoppers who show up in person.
