Ranch is about 5 miles south of Blanco, Texas, about 3 miles east of Highway 281 down Ranch to Market Road 32, then left down a long single-lane road to the ranch. There will be lots of signs to show you the way!

Due to the unique nature of the access and egress at the ranch, this estate sale will be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, and NO SIGN-UP SHEETS WILL BE RECOGNIZED. This will make sense once you see the lay of the land out at the ranch: there's a one-lane road in and out, and the main house and two barns will all be opened simultaneously when the sale opens in the morning.
