Please note that we are required to collect sales tax. All items must be collected by the last day of the sale. If you purchase furniture, you must arrange for its removal and bring the appropriate tools. We accept credit cards with a 4% convenience fee per transaction and cash; checks are not accepted. Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the house. Unfortunately, pets, with the exception of service animals, are not permitted.
