All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Affordable Estate Sale Services (AESS) will attempt to describe each item accurately to the best of our ability. Item descriptions should not be the sole determining factor when purchasing an item. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise.
We may deny a sale if we believe that the price tag(s) were altered, removed or switched etc.
We reserve the right to remove items from the sale at any point. Our goal is to liquidate the estate for our client. Therefore we may offer some items for sale at a premium price prior to the listed sale time. We do not give out prices ahead of time. However, if there is an item you really can’t live without and want/need to purchase before the sale send us a text describing the item and why you can’t live without it. If you sound sincere then we will try to respond. We will not respond to a basic text that asks how much an item is. Strollers, large bags, carts etc are not allowed.
Businesses wishing to use a Tax Number must provide a copy of their tax exempt status PRIOR to purchase otherwise all applicable taxes will be added.
CHILDREN ARE DISCOURAGED FROM ATTENDING SALE Too many distractions and tight spaces. Children must be under constant supervision as there are breakable objects everywhere.
BRING OWN PACKING MATERIALS / BOXES and help for moving large or heavy items. We are unable supply packing or help with moving items.
