TERMS IN A NUTSHELL...
Cash is always best and saves you a credit card fee!
1. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! AND TOOLS, MOVING BLANKETS AND PROFESSIONALS IF NEEDED. THE CLIENT'S HOME, FLOORS, WALLS AND DOORS ARE TO BE PROTECTED IN FULL.
2. Per client's wishes, there is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM
3. There will be a sign up sheet or numbers at the door at 7:30AM. Get your name on it or grab the next number!
4. We WILL allow early sales on MAJOR items!! Those items will be listed first in the photos. If you are interested in the item/s available for early sales, call or text us for details! It could be yours before the sale even begins!
5. Other than that, COME TO THE SALE! Come see it, measure it, test it and take it home!
