We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside at any time. Usually 10 to 15 people in at one time.
As with any estate sale, items are subject to change.
All Sales are Final - Cash, Venmo, Cash App or Credit Card.
5% Credit or Debit card surcharge
Prices are firm on the 1st. day of sale
Day 2 prices are discounted
You are responsible for removal of any purchased items. Some limited assistance available sometimes - Bring your help to load heavy and bulky items, we do offer a recommendation for a moving company that offers all our clients a discount.
Please use the street for parking and the driveway for pickup only.
Do Not Block Driveways or park on Grass !!
My Estate to Liquidate and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents on the property.
LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property.
