“The Island Life” Estate/Moving Sale

This will be a two day sale only. All items are marked down the second day.
Please be courteous of neighbors and look for designated parking spaces the day of the sale.
Entrance is limited inside the home for safety and security.
No small children. No strollers. No pets.
No large bags, backpacks or purses.
No public restroom.
Please bring help moving and truck or transportation large enough to take purchases same day.
We do not assist with loading or moving. Remember we do not move furniture.
We will hold items until 2pm on Saturday, but they must be paid for. We will tag as sold.
All items must be picked up by 2pm on Saturday. We are not responsible for items that are left on the premises after this time.
We accept cash (we check for counterfeit bills) and all major credit cards. We are not accepting checks at this time.
We report any theft of items to the Corpus Christi Police Department.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. All pieces are sold as is.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
