Above and Beyond Estate Sale

Terms

1. Sales Tax will be added to final sales price
2. Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale
3. Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted
4. Last day of sale items are 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be half off).
5. Items priced at $60.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. The bid should be more than half of the marked price. You will be called the night before the last day of sale for you to pick the items up the following day.
5. All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
6. Please bring help when loading heavy objects we are not responsible for loading items.
7. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
