EXQUISITE HOME DECOR !

The owners of the Edge Estate were extensive "World Travelers" and were the guides to "The Traveler's Edge" for over 20 years. They traveled all over the world and brought home souvenirs from exotic places.

Mrs. Edge was a fabulous hostess and cook! She loved to decorate over-the-top for each holiday - Her collections included lots of dishes with all of the accessories, home decor, and beautiful unique items. Fall, Christmas, and Easter were her favorites. She was enthralled with Seraphim Angels, Fitz & Floyd collectibles and Arthur Court serving pieces. In addition, their home was decorated with dozens of floral designs, pottery, metal art, and framed art.

Mr. Edge loved to collect Lighthouses and Kaleidoscopes from their travels. Among the collections are many pieces of Antique or Vintage Lionel Trains and a large number of Vintage Model Cars (50+). Both of the owners were retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and there is a nice collection of vintage metal telephone trucks. There is also a collection of Harley Davidson memorabilia, Ole Miss Lithographs, Airplane Clocks, and Compasses. If you are a sports memorabilia collector, there is a beautifully framed magazine, Limited Edition signed Craig Biggio baseball card and book.

The home features a lot of custom framed artwork.This short China Cabinet is a Bombay Reproduction and includes many of the glass and crystal pieces from the Edge collection. This table features various crystal / glass serving pieces and candle holders. In addition, it has some beautiful Mercury Glass.This Mikasa Ribbon Holly Bone China is beautiful with its delicate Holly and Gold Rim. The set features a service of 12 and numerous serving pieces. There are a total of 82 pieces of China and 30 pieces of stemware. We have priced them in sets of 4, but you can receive a bundle price by purchasing all of the pieces. Serving pieces include a Pie Server, Salad Bowl, Christmas Tree shaped dish, and three pieces that consist of a small oval plate with sugar bowl and creamer. The Holly Ribbon has a delicate pink ribbon wound thru the Holly and we also have Pastel Pink Plate Chargers that match.The Christmas decor is so extensive that it is displayed from the garage, the living room, a bedroom, and in the outside yard. This photo features a couple of crystal holly / ivy pieces and numerous Fitz & Floyd collectibles.More Fitze & Floyd and Pier One Christmas items. Towards the back of the table is a rare Fitz & Floyd Santa Baker Cookie Jar and a rare Cider Drink Dispenser.This TV tray displays just a few of the collectible nativities from around the world. The one on the fur is handmade from Salt Dough and came from Alaska. We don't have any specific information on the wire trees. In the middle of the photo is a Lighthouse Checker Table. In addition, this table includes a collection of paperweights.On the top shelf are pieces of Southwestern Bell memorabilia. Both owners were retired from the telephone company. The green trucks on the top shelf are all metal model trucks from the phone company. The black phone is actually a lamp and reproduction of an antique phone. The small cars are just a few of the extensive plastic model cars of varying ages. We have a collection of over 50+ cars. They will be priced individually but can be purchased at a bulk discount.Train Collection - Lionel Train Co. Antique / Vintage Train Set. Some cars are metal and some are plastic.
