  2. There will be 2 armed Dallas County Sheriffs overnight the entire week before the sale.
  3. The Highland Park Police have an extra security watch on this home.
  4. All fine jewelry and sterling has been removed from the home until the day of the sale.
  5. The home has an elaborate security system and we have security cameras in every room.

NEED TO KNOW NOTES ABOUT THE HOME ITSELF:

  1. The house is 100+ years old. There are uneven steps and concrete. Please be carful.
  2. There are 3 sets of stairs in the home. PLEASE be careful on all the steps. The back stairwell and the stairs to the third floor are very steep. We will have all stairs marked with neon tape for safety.
  3. There is a step down in the garden room. Please watch your step going down and up. We will have it well marked.
  4. The stairs to checkout are different widths. Watch your step as you exit the house.
