We accept Cash / A/E, VISA, MC & Discover Credit Cards /Debit Card sales. Surcharge will apply to credit card purchases.
Bring your labor to dismantle furniture. Bring help to Load Large Items. No onsite labor available to help!
Bring your packaging materials.
Please have patience if checkout lines are long.
We collect Sales Tax. Don't be mad at me and I don't know why some other companies do not.
All items sold 'as-is' ‘ where-is’.
Any unmarked/tagged items brought to checkout without a price will not be sold until further research can be done. Time line may be next day.
We will pre-sale specific items "by appointment only'' beginning April 26, 2026 and ending April 28th at noon. Dealers welcome! This offer is not an early shopping excursion for the complete Sale. This is intended only for specific and unique items that you may find of interest.
After pics are posted, please call me to discuss your interested pieces. All items pre-sold must be removed from the Sale location before the Sale opens unless other arrangements are made.
All items pre-sold will be marked as Sold or pics removed from EstateSales.net by 8:00 Wednesday evening before the Sale opens on Thursday morning. Check Thursday morning to verify your items of interest are still available.
Pets: Only service dog pets allowed.

We are in this business because we like what we do, who we serve and the Customers we get to meet and greet. Prep has begun....Yaay!

This house is big and has a lot of 'big' stuff in it. Client was a big game hunter and had clothes/coats to wear when hunting. Lot of hats.

Also, Client liked to wear nice clothes therefore, many 'name brand' 2 piece Suits (excellent condition), a few Sports Jackets, Sweaters, Ties, Belts, and Dress Shirts and Dress Shoes (Size 12). Lucchesi Boots are Custom made that require explanation.

Also, the family loved to entertain. We have many serving pieces (bowls, plastic ware, foil containers), lots of spices and grilling utensils. Outdoor furniture includes lounge chairs, table and chairs, occasional chairs, smoker, margarita machine (only one side works), planters and more.

Outdoor decorations include Halloween 'blow up' visuals and decorations.....life size skeleton (could have been caused by a customer switching tags!).

Other decorations include Christmas. Inside decorations include 2 very large Jim Shore Collectibles.
