* All Sales Are Final - Items are clearly marked either TESTED or AS IS

* Sales Tax Will Be collected Unless you complete a Sales Tax Exemption Form. (Bring this form with you, if you have it, otherwise we can provide one for you)
* We Accept ALL Forms of Payment thru our CLOVER Payment System - Minimum Charge for CC is $20.00.
* We will provide Newsprint and Bubble wrap and provide a wrapping area for you
* We will be happy to place items on our merchandise hold shelf while you shop, we do not allow Shopping bags or Large Purses.
* If you would like to purchase a large item, let one or our Sail Away Crew members know and they will mark it sold for you. Keep in Mind that there may be others who would like to purchase the same item so once you've done this, we must consider it sold and you will be responsible for payment.
* You must bring your own help and dolly to load any large items. We will provide a sign up schedule for pick up of large items.
* Adhere to the Blue SAES No Parking Cones at all times.
* SAES reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if we determine there is a risk of theft or any other type of situation we feel is unsafe.

We invite you to join us for this unique estate sale. Enjoy shopping the collection of jewelry, purses, music and gift items from Australia, Papua New Guinea & Guatemala. This home is small, but packed full of surprises!
Brand named furniture to choose from includes La-Z-Boy, Ethan Allen, Heywood Wakefield, Mersman and Broyhill. A full selection of Corelle Dinnerware and Serving dishes awaits you in the kitchen, along with an Osterizer Blender with an ice maker attachment, a Toaster oven, Ice Tea maker and several Tea Pots.
The jewelry collection includes Fine Jewelry, Costume and interesting Clip on Earrings and Brooches from around the world. Two free standing six drawer jewelry cases are available to hold your new purchases. Silk and Wool scarves, Leather and Pleather purses are plentiful.
Framed art and shadow boxes are hung throughout the home. Glass Vases, Birdhouses and Wind chimes adorn the hallway.
Everyone needs paper goods . . . and we have our own 'costco' room to shop in. Paper goods for the kitchen and bath, Cleaning, Laundry and Medical supplies fill this room, all new in packages.
Garage items: Two Stepladders, NIB Red Creeper Seat, Winix Air Purifier, Heater, Fan, Robot vacuum, Sterilite Plastic Cabinet storage units, three padded folding chairs and more!
In our 'Entertainment Room' we offer a large variety of Books, CD's, DVD's & VHS tapes. There are two televisions, VHS & DVD players along with a vintage set of Admiral Bull Horn stereo and speakers.
Medical support items include two shower chairs, wheelchair seat cushions, walkers and canes.
