Bring help to load large items as we do not load items for you.
All Sales are Final. Items will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees implied. No refunds or exchanges.
No large purses or bags.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, credit & debit with matching valid I.D. Credit and Debit purchases will be subjected to a convenience charge.
Buyer must bring help to load large items. All items must be picked up before closing on the last day of the sale.

Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. No unattended children as there are a LOT of items in this sale, less space for children to move around.
