Payment Terms:
- We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle only.
- No refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

Entry and Conduct:
- Entry may be limited to manage crowd size, operating on a first-come, first-served basis or with numbered tickets.
- No early entry or pre-sales unless advertised.
- Buyers must respect the property and staff; disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- No children or pets allowed.

Item Conditions and Inspection:
- All items are used and sold in their current condition. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
- The estate sale company is not responsible for defects, damage, or missing parts.
- Fragile or high-value items may require staff assistance for handling.

Removal of Purchased Items:
- Buyers must remove purchased items by the end of the sale or within the specified timeframe (e.g., same day).
- No storage is provided after the sale ends. Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and labor for large items (e.g., furniture).
- The estate sale company is not liable for damage to items during removal or to the property (e.g., floors, walls).

Liability and Safety:
- Buyers enter the property at their own risk. The estate sale company and homeowners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.
- Certain areas of the property may be off-limits (e.g., private rooms, closets).
- No smoking, food, or drinks allowed on the premises.
