North Dallas Estate PLUS

In some families you start the new year with new clothing and a clean house as a means of insuring a good year.  That being the case, we are excited to start the year with such a clean sale and hope this is a sign of what to expect for 2025.

In this sale in North Dallas, it was exciting to have completed the set-up and have used only one trash bag.  The family had gone through everything including the kitchen and garage and made our job easier.  We still have some fun “digger” items in the garage but no TRASH.  Combine that with the personal contents of a condo/high rise and we have a fun sale with lots of different items to sell.  Starting with artwork from known artists to new Waterford crystal that still has the original boxes and you will likely find something that appeals:
