SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the property and/or purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge and agree to the following sale terms:

PAYMENT

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards accepted.

All payments must be completed and confirmed before merchandise leaves the property. No holds without payment.

ALL SALES FINAL

All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or warranties.

This sale includes vintage, pre-owned, antique, designer, contemporary, and other previously used merchandise. Age, wear, imperfections, alterations, repairs, discoloration, missing components, and other signs of previous ownership should be expected.

Buyers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting merchandise, confirming condition, measurements, sizing, functionality, completeness, and suitability before purchasing.

VINTAGE + DESIGNER ITEMS

Every effort has been made to accurately identify and describe merchandise; however, no representation or warranty is made regarding age, provenance, attribution, designer, manufacturing date, materials, condition, value, or authenticity unless specifically stated in writing.

Please inspect and purchase accordingly.

ENTRY + AGE POLICY

Adults 18+ only. No children and no pets.

Entry is at the discretion of the seller. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home at any time and to refuse entry or service when necessary for the safety, security, or operation of the sale.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

This sale is being held in a private residence. By choosing to enter the home and property, shoppers accept the ordinary risks associated with entering and navigating a private residence and attending a sale.

Please watch your step and use care throughout the property.

The homeowner, seller, occupants, and persons assisting with the sale are not responsible for accidents, slips, trips, falls, injuries, loss, theft, property damage, or other incidents occurring on or around the property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PET + ALLERGY NOTICE

Please be advised: dogs and cats have lived in this home.

Animal hair, dander and other allergens may be present within the residence and/or on merchandise.

Anyone with animal, dust, environmental, textile, fragrance, or other sensitivities or allergies should take this into consideration before entering or handling merchandise.

Entry and shopping are entirely voluntary. Each guest is responsible for determining whether entering the property or handling merchandise is appropriate for their individual sensitivities or allergies.

LARGE ITEMS + FURNITURE

BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS.

Staff cannot guarantee assistance with moving, lifting, carrying, disassembling, loading, or transporting purchases.

Buyers are solely responsible for providing sufficient manpower, tools, packing materials, and an appropriately sized vehicle.

Buyers assume responsibility for their purchases during removal and for any damage caused to the home, property, landscaping, or other merchandise while removing purchased items.

Large purchases must be removed within the agreed-upon pickup window.

CLOTHING SHOPPERS

Shopping the racks? Bring a big bag!

IKEA bags, reusable shopping bags, or other large totes are welcome and highly encouraged if you’re planning to purchase larger quantities of clothing, shoes, or accessories.

Personal bags may be subject to reasonable inspection upon exit where permitted by law.

BULK BUYERS + VINTAGE DEALERS

Vintage resellers, dealers, costume departments, stylists, and other bulk buyers are welcome.

I am open to reasonable offers on large-volume purchases and remaining inventory.

HOLDS + PICKUP

Merchandise is available on a first-paid, first-served basis unless otherwise agreed.

Payment constitutes commitment to purchase. Once an item has been purchased, the buyer assumes responsibility for collecting it within the agreed pickup period.

Items left beyond an agreed pickup deadline may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Please respect areas marked PRIVATE / NO ENTRY. Only designated sale areas of the residence are open to shoppers.

Items not clearly marked or presented for sale should not be assumed to be available for purchase.

Opening closed cabinets, drawers, closets, doors, or entering restricted areas is prohibited unless specifically indicated as part of the sale.

SECURITY + LOSS PREVENTION

Please keep purchased and personal belongings with you. The seller is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen personal property.

Shoplifting, intentional damage, switching/removing price tags, or entering restricted areas will result in immediate removal from the property and may be reported to law enforcement.

PARKING + NEIGHBOR COURTESY

The sale is located on a parkway with limited parking directly in front of the home. Street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, so please be prepared for a short walk.

Please be especially mindful of keeping the parkway accessible and allowing neighbors and other vehicles to safely enter and exit.

Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, intersections, or traffic flow.

Carpooling is encouraged whenever possible.

Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. The homeowner/seller is not responsible for parking citations, towing, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents involving vehicles.

FINAL NOTE

We want everyone to have a fun, safe and successful shopping experience. Please be respectful of the home, merchandise, neighbors, other shoppers, and everyone helping with the sale.

By entering the property, you acknowledge these posted sale policies. By purchasing an item, you accept that item in its present AS-IS condition and agree that all sales are final.
