We WILL NOT move heavy objects. Please bring help with you.
Please feel free to bring your own crates, totes, boxes and/or packaging supplies needed for moving your purchased items.
Absolutely NO LARGE BAGS/PURSES, BACKPACKS or OVERSIZED COATS allowed inside house.
All CHILDREN must stay with parents at ALL TIMES. Parents WILL be responsible to pay for any breakage or damages caused by their children.
No public restroom.
We are not responsible for any accident or injuries.
Please DO NOT block road or driveways. Person's loading will be able to use the driveway if needed.
Buyers must remove merchandise PRIOR to sale closing unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
