1. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! AND TOOLS, MOVING BLANKETS AND PROFESSIONALS IF NEEDED. THE CLIENT'S HOME, FLOORS, WALLS AND DOORS ARE TO BE PROTECTED IN FULL.
2. Per client's wishes, we don’t offer public restrooms.
3. There will be numbers at the door 1 hour before we open. Grab the next number, then go grab a coffee and wait!

This sale is back and even better- because the home has SOLD! Now everything must go and you don’t want to miss these gorgeous items at prices we love.
APPOINTMENTS will be taken for Friday January 23, 12-3. The public sale is one day only on Saturday the 24th. The gate code will be added Saturday morning.
This home features some very nice furniture pieces, art, unique decor items.....but no smalls!! Just a few garage items, no clothing, no kitchen items. Think gorgeous staged home- and you can buy it all!
We are collaborating with a moving company to be on site Saturday. Their paid services will be required for a couple of large items if purchased and the refrigerator if purchased.
