This is a living estate sale, i.e., the folks are downsizing. The sale includes two pieces of rare uranium glass; a pedestal cake plate and a console bowl.

There are several pieces of vintage furniture: a carved wood wardrobe, a beautiful vintage wood and a more modern pair of wood bar stools, vintage chest-of-drawers, several occasional armchairs, and beautiful solid oak rocker/roller chair. A wonderful vintage vanity with the original mirror. A large sectional coach with a massive coffee table. A pair of wood bookcases.

There're miscellaneous China in sets and lone pieces as well as various sets of glassware. A framed 'dolf Smith' print of an old church plus several other pieces of framed art. Girl's twin headboard plus a twin bed frame. A matching two piece hutch & dresser. A Singer sewing machine.
