Shipping:
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from the date payment is received.
We ship domestic orders via UPS or USPS, fully insured for the value of the item purchased.
Ground shipping within the United States is priced at $25.00-$50.00, regardless of purchase amount. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
International shipping is available, and buyers are responsible for the shipping fees.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 5-10 days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must be in their original condition. If the item is returned in damaged or used condition, a refund will not be issued.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Refunds will be processed within 10-20 business days after the return is received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your item. All returns must be shipped via insured, signature-required delivery.
Bid Cancellations:
Bid cancellations are only valid before the auction ends. Once the auction is complete, bids cannot be canceled.
Bidders are responsible for their own accounts and bids. Please ensure that you are certain of your purchase before placing a bid.
Appraisals:
We provide in-house appraisals for our customers. Please note that we are not responsible for any discrepancies or warranties if the customer decides to obtain an appraisal from another company.
Payment Information:
We accept payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
Buyers must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction?s close. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.
