ALL VALUABLES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE SITE EACH DAY; THIS HOME IS OWNER OCCUPIED; OUR CAMERAS AS WELL AS THE HOMEOWNERS CAMERAS WILL BE ON SITE AS WELL AS THE ALARM IN EFFECT. THERE WILL BE AN OFFICER ON SITE EACH NIGHT DURING THE WEEK OF THE SALE. THERE WILL BE (2) UNIFORMED DEPUTY SHERIFF ON SITE EACH DAY OF THE SALE AS WELL AS (1) NON UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICER.
NO LARGE BAGS, TOTES OR BACKPACKS INSIDE SALE; No Refunds or Exchanges; All Items Sold As Is; All Sales are Final; We have the right to limit the amount of customers inside sales as we see fit.
