All Merchandise Sold "As Is": Items are sold in their current condition, without any warranties, expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to assess the condition, age, authenticity, value, or any other determinative factors. The bidder is the sole judge of value.

No Warranties or Guarantees: Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any claim against Crown Collectibles. All items are sold without warranty, except for a clear title.

Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted. In the rare case that a refund is issued, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Buyer?s premiums and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

Payment Requirements: All items must be paid in full immediately after the auction ends. An instant auto-pay policy will be applied to process payments without delay.

Buyer's Premium: A 23% buyer?s premium will be added to the highest online bid amount.

Advertising Errors: Crown Collectibles is not responsible for any errors in advertising.
