You MUST text Shawn at #832-756-4218 with your name and name of anyone attending sale with you. She will make sure the Guard Shack has your information. ALL people attending the sale must have IDENTIFICATION (photo ID) to enter the gated subdivision. You can attend sale both days (Saturday and Sunday) from 10 am to 3 pm. If you do NOT do this you will not be allowed to enter the gated subdivision to attend the sale.
