All Items Sold As Is.
Bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items - our staff is not available to do this.
Pick up by closing time on the last day. (Small convenience fee if outside sale days/time)
Homeowner and Style by Sunshine and Sweet Tea are Not responsible for accidents.
No large purses/bags. If bringing own bag to carry items to car, awesome! Please leave with check out.

Tax Exempt? Please bring PRE FILLED out tax exempt form each sale or we will have to charge tax.

We do have paper and bags available while they last. Best to bring your own packing material and bags/boxes.

We are busy bees getting everything set up for the sale and are unable to answer pricing questions.
Please be mindful and don't block neighbors driveways and mailboxes.

If coming before opening time, please look for clipboard to sign up to get in line. If no clipboard, simply stay in line to keep your place.
