Welcome everyone to another fun filled estate sale weekend! We made it through the preparations and we hope you come see what we have prepared. We have terrific tool, toys and timeless pieces available. Please note the following important information below

This is the ad for Site 1. We are finishing the garage up soon and will post more pictures!

*There will be a separate line to enter & checkout by & in the garage for the majority of the tools available.

*Garden and Lawn tools will be accessible through the front entrance of the estate.

*Always be prepared with cash incase our systems don’t like the signal strength available

*Please be prepared for limited entry due to keep everyone safe and allow for an enjoyable experience for everyone.

*CALL 512-660-2269 for the address on voicemail. *Address will be available on voicemail beginning Thursday at 10:00am.

*Please understand that we have a good amount of work to do to prepare this event for you and we may not be able to answer all phone call or text questions regarding the items before the event. We are typically not be able to answer text requests on the days of the sale. We will do our best, but it’s best to come on out and see for yourself.
