We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. We provide the use of furniture dollies and hand trucks but CANNOT load your purchases. Please bring help to load furniture or other heavy items.
Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Neither Caring Transitions nor the Homeowner are responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Item will not be “held” without payments. First come, first sale. We DO NOT do pre-sales, unless otherwise indicated. Do not call about individual items before, during or after a sale. This is a beautiful home, filled with all sorts of treasures! Lots of outdoor furniture to get your summer started off right. Cute decor, very nice, dining table, 2 sofas, recliners, accent, chairs, headboards, iron bed, chest of drawers, nightstands, bistro style table, China cabinet, roll top desk, and many more furniture pieces.

They cause it is loaded with nice ladies clothing mostly in sizes large through extra large and 14. There are many ladies shoes varying in sizes around 8 1/2. There are also lots of men’s jeans, sports coats, and other clothing ranging in size medium.

A selection of tools, holiday, decor, kitchen, items, figurines, and decorative items, a washer and dryer, and many other great finds!

There is lots of street parking. The driveway will be used for large purchase pick ups.

This home is very easy to find just off of Highway 67 in Glen Rose in Kirk Estates.
