All sales are final and items are sold as-is, where-is. Caring Transitions accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. We provide the use of furniture dollies and hand trucks but CANNOT load your purchases. Please bring help to load furniture or other heavy items.
Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Neither Caring Transitions nor the Homeowner are responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. TWO Estate Sales in Pecan Plantation, one weekend!

This home Located on Nutcracker Drive in Pecan Plantation has all sorts of goodies for you to take a look at. This is a companion sale for our other sale is located on Westover Drive.. While this home is not as full as the other, there is plenty here to be seen. With a smaller inventory here there the unlikely chance that this sale could close a little early if it is sold out.
