All sales are final and items are sold as-is, where-is. Caring Transitions accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. We provide the use of furniture dollies and hand trucks but CANNOT load your purchases. Please bring help to load furniture or other heavy items.
Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Neither Caring Transitions nor the Homeowner are responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Item will not be “held” without payments. First come, first sale. We DO NOT do pre-sales, unless otherwise indicated. Do not call about individual items before, during or after a sale. Our priority before the sale is our client, during the sales is our customers in attendance.

PLEASE NOTE—This is a “Quick Sale” our hours are Friday 10am-4pm & Saturday 10am-1pm. Any guests for the estate sale will be permitted into Pecan Plantation (either gate) during sale hours. Please do NOT park in the roadway, neighboring driveways, or blocking mailboxes or driveways. Obey all traffic rules including speed limit and stop signs.
