Liquidation Auction

There will be a one (1) day pickup for this auction on Monday, June 9th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and PLEASE pick up your auction lots on pickup day.
Local pickup address is at 202 N. Dooley Street in Grapevine, Texas.

PLEASE BRING PACKING MATERIALS FOR SAFE TRAVEL TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE PACKING SUITABLE FOR TRAVEL.

All property is sold "as is" "where is". All sales are final. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value, or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. We make these descriptions to the best of our ability and much of the time we rely on the information given by the consignor. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house, nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having mad or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.

We do not fully inspect every item and advise you to do so on auction inspection day. No allowance, refund or set-aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect or damage. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at the time of removal. No exceptions. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type whatsoever. There will be no chargebacks, stop payments or refunds.

BUYER'S PREMIUM:
There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charge. We accept most major credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Checkout will occur at the close of the auction.

PICK-UP:
Pick up times and dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that the auction states. Roundtable Injection Auctions will decide whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. Don't bid on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Roundtable Injection Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Roundtable Injection Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANY WAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDONED ITEMS.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available for this auction. We strive to ship out lots requested for shipping within a week of auction close. When shipping is requested, we will pack the lots, weigh, get the quote for shipping and send to you for signature approval of the shipping charge.

REGISTRATION:
All persons desiring to bid need to register for the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measure, and it should be in the bidder's name. This is an online only auction. Some lots may have extended bidding, and this scenario applies to all online auction lots. Posted closing times and displays of auction current times are approximate.
