Cash/checks preferred. Will accept debit/credit cards but fees will be added. We have a dolly for large items for you to use. Bring help to load furniture etc. No early sales or visitors. You are welcome to contact us during sale by text or email for pricing or questions . Items must be removed the day of sale unless raining. All sales are final - items sold in "as is” condition.

NOTE - This is a two story home with some items being upstairs! There will be no help hauling furniture or items downstairs.
