All purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur on the premises.

Items will not be held without payment.

Placing items on the Hold Shelf signifies your commitment to purchase those items.

Prices are not provided before the sale and early entry is not permitted.

Discounts are typically offered on the second and final day of the sale, but are not guaranteed.

Please respect neighbors and property—do not block mailboxes, driveways, or streets.

Valuables are removed from the home each evening.

Children must be supervised at all times.
