CALL CRYSTAL FOR MORE INFORMATION. A HARD COPY OF YOUR SALES TAX CERTIFICATE MUST BE PROVIDED to attach to the Exemption form you fill out for the state If you do not have it you will have to pay the Sales Tax. You must have it ready prior to check out!!! You must do this for each sale.
CASH IS PREFERRED; NO CHECKS ! Credit AND/OR Debit Cards accepted with a $30 Minimum Charge.
Please bring help to to load your furniture purchases as no staff will be available to assist.
