Montrose Estate Sale

Saturday, May 31st from 9 am – 3 pm

We invite you to join us for a special estate sale in Houston’s charming Montrose neighborhood, taking place on Saturday, May 31st. This is a first come, first served event with no early preview, and all items will be priced as marked — so be sure to arrive early for the best selection.

This 4,500 square foot, three-bedroom home is a true showcase of elegance and refined taste. Inside, you'll find an exceptional array of treasures.

Step into a world of timeless elegance and old-world charm during this extraordinary estate sale, where centuries of style come together under one roof. Featured treasures include a breathtaking Baccarat chandelier anchoring the formal dining room, accompanied by a stunning pair of bronze chandeliers and matching sconces that add rich warmth to the space. Collectors will delight in the exquisite Wedgewood collection and the hand-painted Queen Anne sideboard dating back to circa 1714. The grandeur continues with a period Regency sofa table, an imposing Georgian chest-on-chest, and a majestic 12-person mahogany double pedestal dining table surrounded by 14 meticulously carved 19th Century Chippendale ball-and-claw chairs, including two stately armchairs.

Music lovers will be captivated by the exceptional Steinway grand piano—valued between $75K and $125K and offered at a remarkable $35K. The music room also features four regal 19th-century Georgian armchairs upholstered in soft blue fabric, set atop an exquisite Mahal rug, just one of many antique and Persian rugs available, including a
delicate orange silk rug.

Art collectors will be drawn to the powerful “Dying Gull” and “Eagle” bronze sculptures, as well as a rare 17th-century oil on canvas attributed to the school of Caravaggio. The home is filled with 18th and 19th Century antiques, from elegant Empire demilune tables (1810–1820) to bold Egyptian Revival mirrors from the 1820s. Further highlights include wood-carved Burmese statues, an heirloom-quality grandfather clock, dazzling chandeliers and lamps, Chinese porcelain, and a sparkling five-size set of Tiffin glass dinnerware.

Whether you're a seasoned collector, a lover of antiques, or someone looking to add a touch of timeless charm to your space, this sale offers an incredible opportunity to take home something truly special.
