Safari in the Villages. Alexander Appraisal & Estate Services presents the contents of a distinguished Hedwig Village home, a serious wildlife art and sporting collection assembled over decades, alongside fine crystal, antiques, designer fashion, and quality furnishings throughout.

Fine Art: Original Wildlife & African Paintings. A significant collection by listed artists: Ken Carlson (b. 1937), Guy Coheleach, John E. Banovich (b. 1964), Keith Joubert (1948 to 2013, South Africa) including "Two Male Lions" (19" x 29"), Kobus Moller (b. 1949, Zimbabwe), and Eric Forlee (b. 1949, California). Original oils on canvas and board plus mixed media works. Additional African wildlife studies including zebra, rhino, elephant herds, and big cats; limited editions by Charles R. Davies; and extensive framed original sporting and wildlife art in quality gilt, carved, and rustic frames.

Bronzes & Sculpture. Signed bronze lion head by Kenneth (Kent) W. Ullberg (b. 1945). Paul Tadlock wildlife bronzes including bear, buffalo, and elephant subjects; bighorn sheep group; walrus; quail; waterfowl; and game fish. Carved figural bust, antler-form candelabra, carved wood elephant group, and decorative bronzes throughout.

Firearms & Sporting. Collection of long guns and handguns including bolt-action rifles, pump and semi-automatic shotguns, lever actions, and revolvers, plus a cased commemorative single-action revolver with stag grips and gold-tone engraving. Leupold, Swarovski, and other riflescopes, magazines, factory ammunition in quantity across many calibers, gun cases, cleaning and reloading equipment, holsters, and accessories.

Knives. Substantial collection of fixed-blade and folding knives. Damascus-blade hunting knives with stag and burl handles, an Argentine silver-mounted gaucho knife with sheath, MacKenzie Mountain custom knives, Buck, Gerber, Kershaw, Case, and Victorinox folders, multi-tools, and modern tactical designs.

Taxidermy & Trophy. Full-body mountain goat mount, bear hide with head mount, whitetail shoulder mounts, hides and pelts, cased bird mounts, and horn-mounted lamps.

Hunting & Outdoor. Extensive camouflage outerwear and field clothing, waders, packs, decoys, blinds, soft gun cases, and a large selection of rods, reels, and tackle.

Fine Crystal & Porcelain. An exceptional crystal collection including Waterford (Millennium series), Lalique, Daum, Baccarat, and Tiffany & Co. Stemware, vases, barware, and decorative pieces. Christian Dior "Casablanca" dinnerware service including dinner, salad, and dessert plates, cups and saucers, teapot, coffee pot, covered tureen, sugar, creamer, and salt and pepper. Mikasa bone china service and Continental decorative porcelain. Extensive additional cut and etched stemware in service quantity.

Designer Clothing & Accessories. Chanel tweed jacket with fur trim, Giorgio Armani and Yves Saint Laurent women's pieces, Louis Vuitton garment bag, fur-trimmed coats and wraps, and multiple racks of quality women's clothing, outerwear, handbags, and accessories.
