This was a PACKED sale. Many items sold many items remain - amazing home decor, art, collectibles, furniture, clothing, antiques, art, vintage and antique outdoor pottery, Telavera, furniture - cast iron chairs, benches, tables, umbrellas, storage, wood rocking chairs, giant river rocks from Colorado, and more. From a church pew to antique cast-iron music stand and an eclectic mix of everything in between from Tiffany & Co, to Chanel, to Ralph Lauren, and more this home HAS IT ALL. We tried to capture as much as we could in pictures, but no, not everything is pictured. 2 story town home.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
1) You will be entering a gated community with LIMITED /RESTRICTED access and not internal parking - visitors must park outside and walk in, but the unit is very close to the front entrance of the community
2) You MUST park outside of the complex. Entrance may be limited to no more than 10 shoppers into the complex at any time
3) If you purchase anything large, you will be allowed to enter the complex to pick-up and load your items - please, please, please bring your own help to load large items, we are unable to load or move heavy items - if you purchase an item, you can schedule a later pick-up time with us
4) Our attendant will let you in through the gate. If you try to bypass our process you literally will have no where to park once you get inside.
5) Street signs will not be posted. You will turn onto Doliver Dr off of Gessner. Doliver Dr. dead-ends at Doliver Pointe Townhomes where you will be met with a large circular ending to the road, please park along the street outside the gate. A member of our team will be at the gate to let you in provide you with the unit number.
