SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or credits will be offered.

• Please inspect and test all items carefully before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for confirming condition, measurements, completeness and suitability.

• Cash, major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payments are accepted. Large purchases may require verified or cleared funds before removal.

• Applicable sales tax will be collected unless the buyer presents a valid Texas resale certificate before checkout.

• No early sales, previews or price information unless specifically advertised.

• Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in a holding area does not guarantee purchase until payment has been completed.

• Bayou & Brass Estate Sales reserves the right to correct pricing errors, remove merchandise from the sale and refuse service when necessary.

• Buyers are responsible for safely removing and transporting their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, vehicles and trailers. Staff may be unable to assist with loading.

• Large machinery and industrial equipment must be removed by qualified personnel using appropriate equipment. Removal must be coordinated and must not damage the property or surrounding merchandise.

• Vehicle and titled-property purchases are subject to separate payment, title-transfer and removal requirements. Vehicles will not be released until funds have been verified.

• Purchased items must be removed by the announced deadline. Items left after the deadline without written arrangements may be considered abandoned without refund.

• Children must remain with an adult at all times. Please use caution around tools, machinery and industrial equipment.

• No large bags, backpacks or oversized purses may be permitted inside the sale area. We reserve the right to inspect containers where legally permitted.

• Enter the property and sale premises at your own risk. Bayou & Brass Estate Sales, the property owner and their representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, vehicle damage or damage to personal property.

• Security cameras may be in use throughout the property.

• Be respectful of neighboring properties, driveways and posted parking restrictions. Vehicles parked illegally or blocking access may be towed at the owner’s expense.
