Bring your own Muscle . You are responsible for items you purchase. If you break anything, you are required to pay for said item(s)
Pls bring your own movers as we do not have people to move your items.
No food, drinks or pets allowed unless service animals.
Sales tax is added on all sales. Credit cards accepted on purchases over $50.00
No refunds ....all sales Are final . Please examine your item carefully as there will be no exchanges, refunds, etc ...
If you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier (per the tax controllers office) for companies to be exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company.
No Children under 14 yrs old.
No large purses, bags, backpacks allowed in the sale.
All jewelry and firearms will be removed from premises by ARMED security each day .
Absolutely no pre pricing - please do no call asking how much an item is .
We reserve the right to not sell items per our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.
ANY rude, inappropriate behavior towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated . Individuals behaving unruly in any manner will be escorted out of our sale and will be banned from any future sale, function or customer event.

We had a hugely successful first weekend at this packed house in meyerland and look forward to the final liquidation this weekend. The house and garage are full of incredible finds. There is gorgeous art, African and Central American tribal pieces, tools, appliances, home electronics, furniture, clothing, shelves full of books and media. The yard is full of springtime gardening needs. There are collectible coins, jewelry, exercise equipment and much much more.
