This is a fantastic Estate from a fantastic local architect.

Still working at age 92, this Estate was a home and office for many decades. He has downsized to assisted living and the home and upstairs office is FULL! There are dozens of mid-century desks, office lamps, drafting tables, commercial printers, blue print printers, office supplies and many items used in the architecture business. 

 BRING YOUR OWN PEOPLE TO MOVE LARGE ITEMS, OUR STAFF CANNOT PICK UP HEAVY FURNITURE OR EQUIPMENT!

 The office area if packed with over 60 years of items including a fantastic collection of jewelry with many Native American silver pieces with Turquoise, Coral Red and black), necklaces, bracelets, rings, pendants and much more. There are many gemstone and gold pieces as well.

There is a great selection of CIVIL WAR era items including Holsters, Ammo holders and many more antique era items.

 There is a nice collection of Art throughout. There are originals, signed prints and wall art.

 Look for a fantastic collection of old, metal toys, new dynamic toys like the huge Hot Wheels RC Batmobile with original box. There is a fantastic motorized RC speedboat and other great toys and games.

  There is a tool area in the back of the house. There are hundreds of items, including-shop tools, power tools, hand tools and antique tools as well.                                      There are many garden tools with axes, shovels, hoes and much more. 

  There are several pieces of exercise equipment including a nice fitness bike, a Nordic Track Skier and other fitness equipment.

  There are HUNDREDS of books, including a massive collection of vintage architect books and manuals.
