You assume all risks pertaining to illness and/or personnel injury.
All children must be accompanied by an adult while inside and outside the home.
We do not deliver. We can refer to movers in the area.
We are not responsible for loading and unloading items.
We can hold an item once it is paid for but it must be picked up by the last day of the sale before closing time.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
Bathrooms are not available..
