Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick-up instructions following the completion of this auction.  Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. All instructions will be in the invoiced email sent out to the winners.  The email will come from Live Oak Auctions.  We usually have invoices sent out close to an hour after the last bid of the auction.

Dining Room Furniture includes Thomasville blended with Chippendale-Style.  Living Room Furniture includes a sharp-looking Double Reclining Leather Sofa, End Tables & Coffee Table, Nice Decor, some Classical Column Stands, and a Glorious Ivory Oriental Style Area Rug.  For the Bedroom there is an Adjustable King Bed Base, a Wall Unit Headboard, a Gentleman’s Armor, and a very large Dresser w/ Mirror.  

Outside you will find Chaise Lounge Chairs, a Concrete Garden Bench, Planters, and Garden Decor. There are Iron Firewood Racks (that’s plural folks) and tons and TONS of firewood to be had here.
This smaller estate sale packs a punch with the higher quality items they are selling, like the Kitchen Aide Stand Mixer, the Samsonite Luggage, a Lane Cedar  Chest, and several pieces on Enameled Cast Iron Cookware that is so popular by today’s chef’s.
