No large purses, For liability reasons, we do not move heavy items. You are responsible for moving large items. So please bring help to move larger purchases. We will pre sell larger items, such as furniture to give enough time to arrange picking them up. Autos are not subject to discounts. Best offers considered. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. (We do not authenticate designer items) Electronics have not been tested, No refunds or exchanges. All purchases must be picked up before the end of sale at 2 PM on the last day of the sale. We will be taking offers/bids on items over $100. Full price on the first day, 2nd & 3rd day discounts at our discretion. Children are allowed, but must stay close to adults. You break it, you buy it. Please be respectful of each other.

Our upcoming estate sale will be featuring a rare opportunity to purchase a private collection of Silver Age comic books from the 1960s.
Silver Age Comic Collection Issues grades 4.0-0.5. Issues are priced individually. If there is a buyer interested in the whole collection total a price will be available Friday..in person..important first come first serve
These comic books will not be at the location until the morning of the sale!
This collection includes Marvel titles such as The Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, The X-Men, The Incredible Hulk, Daredevil, Thor, as well as DC's Justice League, The Flash, and many more. To preserve the integrity of the comics, entry to this special display section will be limited to a small number of people at a time.
In addition to this collection, the home is filled with vintage treasures, including:
- Collectibles & Vinyl: Classic rock vinyl records and an autographed football by Tony Dorsett.
- Vintage Toys & Apparel: A crafting/sewing room, a vintage wedding dress, a vintage cashmere coat trimmed in mink, Cabbage Patch dolls, Barbies, vintage children's books, board games, and puzzles.
- Decor & Antiques: Antique hand-painted wall plates, a Limoges France chocolate pot and cups set, Frankoma Pottery cowboy boots and spurs bookends, and handmade Afghan blankets.
- Furniture: A curved glass curio cabinet, a mid-century modern (MCM) queen wooden bed, dressers, nightstands, a formal dining table and chairs, a sofa, a sleeper sofa, and a coffee table.
- Appliances & Tools: Two refrigerators, a washer and dryer, garage tools, yard tools, and much more.
