General Sale Disclaimers
• All Sales Final – No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• No Warranties or Guarantees – All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is.”
• Descriptions Not Guaranteed – We do our best to describe items accurately, but no guarantees are made regarding authenticity, age, or condition.
• Cash/Payment Policy – Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle.
• Pricing – Prices are firm unless otherwise marked.

Liability & Safety Disclaimers
• Enter at Your Own Risk – We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss.
• Children Must Be Supervised – For safety reasons, children must remain with an adult at all times. You break it, you buy it.
• Security on Premises – Bags may be checked upon entry or exit.
• Limited Entry – We may limit the number of people inside at one time for safety.

Logistics & Property Rules
• Bring Your Own Loading Help – Staff cannot assist with packing, moving, or loading large items.
• Pickup Policy – All purchases must be removed from the property by the end of the final sale day, 8/17/2025.
• No Early Birds – Entry only during posted sale hours.
• No Large Bags or Purses – Small handbags only, to protect fragile items.
