Welcome to Next Chapter Co. Estate Sale. We describe our items to the best of our knowledge and welcome any questions you may have. We will provide boxes, bags, and packing material if available. *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. We work and host within people's homes and take that responsibility VERY seriously. We will ask anyone not conducting themselves as a proper guest to leave the sale immediately. We will not tolerate theft, disruptive behavior, destruction of property, intoxication, etc.

Accepted Payments: We are able to accept cash and credit cards. A $10.00 minimum for credit card charges, please. NO CHECKS will be accepted.
All items are AS-IS: There are no refunds or returns on all purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Make sure you carefully examine your items before purchase.
Parking: Please do not block mailboxes or driveways. Do not park in the estate sale driveway, we like to keep the drive accessible for loading purposes.
Liability: Next Chapter Co. Estate Sales and the homeowner are NOT responsible for any accident or injury. We do NOT recommend bringing children to the sale. If you do bring children, they must be with an adult AT ALL TIMES. NO PETS.
Loading & Transport: When purchasing large or heavy items, bring adequate help to carry and load your items. All items purchased must be removed from the home by the end of the sale. Please note that our supply of packing materials is limited, so bring your own packing materials, blankets, etc for transport of your items. Any purchased items left behind over 24 hours after the last day of the sale will be donated to charity.
Miscellaneous: There is NO Public restroom. Keep purses closed and zipped. Do NOT bring large bags. We do not presell or quote prices ahead of time and will not open before our scheduled time. We do not hand out numbers so please line up in front of the door. Doors will open promptly at the start time.
