PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we no longer allow large purses, handbags, backpacks, etc. We will restrict entry to 40 persons at all times.

There are step ups and downs throughout the property, watch your step on the stairs, and step-ups/downs to the backyard, sunroom, back building, etc. Please use caution as we are not responsible for accidents! 

The Sale

We are back this Saturday with a 2 hour blow-out of last week's Ed & Sonja Gotcher Estate Sale. There are lots of great things left over and the family has added a large amount of clothing and related, general household, and more. It is well worth your time to come and see what we still have.

We are unable to help load large and/or heavy items, please plan accordingly
