We prefer Cash. Zelle and Venmo, and CC with ID accepted. All items are pre-owned. Everything is sold as is. No returns, No refunds, no exceptions. We do offer help moving large items for a reasonable fee within 15 miles of the estate. If you do purchase larger bulk items and dont need our moving services please bring help and tools to do so. If you break it, you buy it. We do not allow large handbags/backpacks. We reserve the right for any bag to be checked prior to leaving.

24/7 police monitoring, at all times. all valuable items will be removed each evening from the home. The home is protected with Video surveillance 24 hours as well.
