Purchased furniture and other large items to be picked up after 5pm each day.
You must bring your own help to carry out and load your own items. Our staff will not be available to assist.

All sales final-no returns or exchanges-no exceptions.
Due to the number of breakable items in the home, absolutely no children will be allowed.
No strollers.
No pets, large handbags or backpacks allowed.
Some items may be previewed in advance of sale.
We are not responsible for any accidents during the sale.
Please be respectful and park your cars legally. Do not block mailboxes or driveways. Owner and Estate Sale not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Sales tax will be added to all purchases.
Please be careful shopping. If you break something, you must buy it.
We accept Cash, Venmo, Major Credit Cards.
