A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person at 8am to determine order of entry. We will let in 30 people to start at 9am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. This is a 3 day sale! The 1st day is full price, 2nd day is 25% off and the 3rd day is 50% off.

*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 5/3
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. This is a massive downsizing and there will be some items on the property that the family is keeping so we will try to keep those out of photos and they will be clearly marked “not for sale, or family keeping”
The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.

*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

Note: Due to projected heavy thunderstorms on May 1st, we’ve discussed with our client and he’d like us to postpone the sale. So we are pushing it to the weekend of May 15th-17th to not be in conflict with Mother’s Day weekend.
Come into the Wild with Golden Bow. This house has a ton of quality, big game taxidermy, 2 complete bear skin rugs, some gun accessories and ammo (yes, the family kept the guns) and hunting gear. There is a Bison shoulder mount, Wildebeast, Impala, Southern Reedbuck, Gemsbok, Blesbok, Pronghorn, 2 Axis Deer, several Mule deer and Whitetail, unique odd antler racks, full Bobcat, African warthog, Javelina and more.
We have lots of beautiful sterling jewelry and a lifetime collection of emerald green glass. The house is furnished throughout with rustic, Hacienda style matching Mexican made furniture, Native American artifacts and pottery, humming bird collectibles and loads of signed and numbered wall art pieces. There are some very impressive petrified logs as well as some smaller pieces of petrified wood along with some other neat rocks. There are loose flagstones around the back yard (stones that are sunk in the ground are staying with the house).
The garage is full of tools and kitchen overflow. There is a gas powered Stihl chainsaw, Portland electric chainsaw and pole saw, battery powered blower and 2 corded blowers. The main refrigerator is for sale along with washer/dryer, standup freezer and garage fridge. There are some quality planters, two Texas bird baths, a trailer for a lawn tractor, deer feeder, hay feeder and outside seating.
Men's clothing mostly ranges from 1XL - 2XL - Pendleton Flannels, Columbia, Cabela's, Red Head and more.
There is a full massage chair in great condition, Human Touch (by Interactive Health) HT-10i-CRP. Leather seat and solid wood arm rests.
