We can only accept cash.
All sales are final and sold as is...Absolutely no returns.
No Children
We cannot help you move larger items, so bring help if you think you will need it.
We cannot be held responsible for accidents at the sale.
We use the driveway for loading large items, so please park on the street.
We have a lot of stuff to sell, so sometimes quarters are tight. To prevent accidents, please leave large bags or purses in your car.
No children please - No ninos por favor.
Please bring your own help to move appliances and furniture.
