Welcome to Our Estate Sale!

Sign Up sheet will be put out the morning of the sale.

Once the Sale starts, we DO NOT Hold items if not paid for, however, we do take payments over the phone.

Valid tax ID w/ your tax permit is required to receive the tax exemption or a sales tax exempt form needs to be on file with us.

We accept cash, credit and debit cards (no checks) - $1 minimum on cards no additional fees.

PLEASE bring help and tools to pick up and load large items!!!! The Elite Group Estate Sale employees cannot help with loading or moving items.

No BACKPACKS or LARGE BAGS allowed inside.

Not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.

All sales final, all items sold as is, no refunds, no exchanges, no returns.

Please test your item to make sure it works, we do not issue refunds or exchanges!!

No public bathrooms!!

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

We do not deliver.
