The gentleman of the home spent many years as a truck driver for a well-known San Antonio grocery company and also worked as a general contractor. His experience is reflected in the large assortment of contractor-grade tools and equipment available throughout the property.

Tool shoppers will want to arrive early! The sale includes nail guns, drills, routers, power saws, hand tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, ladders, yard tools, a pressure washer, grills, and many other items commonly used by an experienced general contractor. Whether you are a professional tradesperson, a handyman, a DIY enthusiast, or simply need dependable tools for projects around the house, there will be plenty to explore.

Inside the home, shoppers will find furniture, kitchenware, household goods, flat-screen televisions, décor, and many other useful items.

Also available will be a 2010 Ford F-150 extended-cab, four-door pickup truck with approximately 260,000 miles. The truck starts right up and has very cold air conditioning. A fishing boat will also be offered during the sale, with additional information and photographs coming soon.
